I doubt it but then I am not a conspiracy fan.

According to the messages grudgingly released to the public watchdog who's name escapes me, a local cop scooped a local reporter who ran with it in the local Phoenix news. The national news picked it up from there.

The FBI were furious about it and wanted to find the guy.

Most exposes' are like that: some decent guy on the ground sees something out of order and tells someone who can make a difference.

I think the "planned" part is deceptive in the title. It was "planned" a few minutes in advance by a couple Secret Service guys walking over to the plane and telling Lynch's FBI body guards that Bill clinton had been waiting for 20 minutes for her plane to land.

Then Billy Bob walked over and boarded the plane. Some of you guys give this Arkansas hick too much credit. He has flown by the seat of his pants/or his zipper through most of his life. Killary cleans up the mess after the fact.
