We KNEW that discovery was going to do Mueller in. This is one case in many where he will look the fool. He was too stupid to foresee that Russians could have lawyers too.

I’m thinking in a little while, when the DOJ comes to its senses, it will drop the charges. And Mueller will have egg on his face as he is eating crow.

I’m no legal scholar, but have been listening to Mark Levin. He keeps talking about the appointments clause of the constitution, which goes way over my head. Would other prosecutors stepping in fall under this clause? Can any great legal minds help with this?
