“1. This has nothing to do with the everyday men and women of the FBI.”

I also disagree.

If there were pro-Conservative or pro-Trump people at the FBI sending text messages to each other about ‘effing Hillary’, those texts would have been leaked to the leftist media.

Like most government organizations, the FBI and DOJ are dominated by Leftist Democrats.

The FBI needs to be disbanded.
It is hopelessly corrupt.

The more I hear that, the less I believe it.

“Plenty of Stuka pilots and Panzer drivers are great guys: only their ORDERS are bad. Do you really want to kill GOOD men just like YOU..?”

How does that sound..?

Disagree. This is so wide spread, that if there were any integrity left at the FBI; there would be thousands of agents coming forward to testify.”

I see it said a lot that the rank and file FBI is embarrassed and extremely offended by the corrupt and illegal behavior of their top tier management. I disagree with that assumption as well. Let me say that I’m skeptical. It’s actually a common affliction for members of such elite organizations to develop their first alliegence and loyalty to be to their organization. You’ll find it in the ATF, DEA, CIA, IRS, etc. that why strong and vigorous oversight with stringent consequences for not just illegalities but also any mischief is an absolute must.

Absolutely true. Their job security, career advancement, and even friendships with colleagues become part of the loyalty equation. They become “wedded” to their agencies.

Its also true with respect to other agencies, most of which are predominately staffed by Democrats. Dependence on ever expanding government programs breeds even more loyalty to progressive politics.

“Where are all the protests against fumdament as list militancy by moderate Muslims..?”

Great question.

And we should be asking where are all these thousands of shining, outraged, good FBI people.

CRICKETS.

“It is still out of control evidenced by their belligerent attitude toward delivering subpoenaed information to our elected officials.”

Sessions puts in benign cameo appearances from time to time.

Exactly. It’s like omerta..code of silence for mafia. Practiced by all police from state/local up through the federal agencies. Very, very powerful. If there was any honor among the rank and file there would have been tons of leaks but....crickets.

“I love Trump and Melania but boy oh boy did he F up on Sessions and Wray.”

Did he ever. I would think that with all his worldly experience in dealing with the business world’s scum of the earth he would have been pretty damn shrewd in taking the measure of a man. He missed with Sessions and Wray.

#7 Lynch stated she went to WH ethics group after Clinton tarmac meeting and they told her she didn’t have to recuse herself.

But Sessions was told he had to recuse by the DOJ ethics folks.

Then later Sessions said he was given wrong legal advice and didn’t have to recuse and yet he refuses to un-recuse himself.

THE FBI needs to be turned on its shoulders, after the head is removed.

Waist?

sarcasm was dripping

I was just trying to help folks understand a little nuance in the word intent as used to prove violations of statutes.

The agents and prosecutors that prepare the affidavits to present to judges seeking warrants to arrest and/or search must get probable cause and intent into their narratives.

A trick I learned was to think - Scienter defined as Guilty knowledge that is sufficient to charge a person with the consequences of his or her acts. ... The term often is used interchangeably with Mens Rea, which describes criminal intent, but scienter has a broader application because it also describes knowledge required to assign liability in many civil cases.

What little I know shows me that HRC met the elements of scienter when she asked that headers be stripped from classified documents and had them sent via unsecure email. Former Director Comey proved to a lot of us that he was ignorant of the basics of putting a prosecutable case together when he tried to convince a nation that HRC deserved a pass. Her actions reeked of Guilty Knowledge and any prosecutor worth his salt would have had no trouble selling a jury on that fact.

Instead, the facts show that Comey and others had a bias that HRC was destined to be president and we all need to look aside and let her pass. That is bias.

No, the head of the institution must be decapitated, then the carcass must be drawn and quartered, with its parts sent to the largest urban leftist enclaves.

All future LEO functions required by Federalism can be handled by U. S. Marshals.

At best, that is why Sessions betrays his Oath.

He is in the SES.
