If Jeff Sessions is in charge of the Justice Dept, why can’t he just order them to produce everything? I just don’t get that.
President Trump can get anything he wants and declassify it.
Issue Contempt of Congress against Rosenstein, then 2 weeks later, if he hasn’t complied, then impeach Rosenstein.
The President can do something about that.....if he wants to.
Time to abolish the current DOJ and rebuild it, if possible, with some honest American folks.
I've lost count. Last thing I knew Nunes was giving them to this past Wednesday before impeachment would be pursued, but now it's Saturday, and nothing has happened...as usual. You don't threaten someone with something unless you're committed to follow through with those threats.

I.e.: Trump appointees at DOJ stonewall Republicans in Congress. Twitterman thinks this is terrible but is too busy tweeting to order his appointees to cooperate.
Me neither. Checks and balances principle should provide sufficient backstop , superceding recusal, for termination. It therefore imho has to be a political timing issue. Otherwise recusal is simply a license for mischief, or more so than it already is.
And For added effect they should terminate rosenstein on a saturday night. Boom! Lol
Nunes and Goodlatte are doing as much as they can. The problem is that Ryan and many RINOs won't support jailing or impeaching Rosenstein.
It's up to the president to pick a time to act.
Sessions won't make that order. He's scared. He's recused.
They don’t want Congress to find out that there was no legal predicate for investigating Trump, but that it was motivated by political reasons and the purpose was to engage in surveilling Trump and his campaign using US government tools in order to help Hillary.
The DOJ will keep this investigation going on forever and will say to Congress “we can’t show you the docs because it’s an ongoing investigation” and if Trump dares order them to turn over the docs Mueller and the Dems/GOPe in Congress will jump up and down screaming “obstruction of an investigation! impeach!!”
And Trey will hold his breath again and do nothing.
