We will just have to wait until the forensic reports come in, on the boy’s hands, the gun clip, the seats, doors and windows of the car, and eventually from the gun itself.
If they show that the gun used in the shooting was inside or just outside the car/window, then the deceased would be classed as an “accessory to attempt murder/mass murder”.
This was a tragedy Rose could have prevented by just saying “NO”. But he didn’t and he died. End of story, until Al Sharpton arrives and tries to burn Pittsburgh down.
