Wikileaks is not about “causing chaos and anarchy,” it’s about releasing information various governments are concealing from their citizens.

Your opinion on whether this is sowing anarchy or freedom depends on how that information affects you, I suppose.

They released names / photos / detailed personal information of ICE agents. What purpose does that achieve?

When they release information designed to help anyone so inclined, target LEO who are trying to lawfully stop up the extremely leaky borders of this country right now, I know exactly how to feel about them, and that’s not even a left/right dichotomy. This is absolutely a threat to lives of LEO doing what almost no one else in this benighted government will do-enforce the constitutional law.

What is being concealed about the names and addresses of ICE employees?

The info on ICE folks is not being concealed by anyone. It was mined off the internet from public sources. The fact that it is compiled into an easy to use, and attack, database is the issue.

Personal info on lowly workers? That is nothing but trying to harm/lynch them.

Releasing personal information exposes people to things like credit card fraud/theft and other threats that can be anywhere from nuisance to dangerous. While this may not have been illegally gathered, it is being put out there with intent to do harm. I think a law suit would be appropriate.

#5 If the information released exposes law enforcement people to danger, then WikiLeaks should be closed.

My son is a former police officer and I don’t anyone to harm him. Fortunately he is armed in his new job but nevertheless, we’ve had a major death threat against us by a drug dealer and had problems getting the local cops to even listen to what was going on. Fortunately another jurisdiction had had a real officer who worked with us to put this crazy guy away before someone got killed (basically him because we were out gunning for him and his supposed African “muscle” before they could get us).

By the way, everyone in my working family is/was out there defending the United States. Did back from the Cold War to Vietnam to Kosovo, Iraq and back in the US of A.

Better to get them before they get you. WikiLeaks and the New York psycho profession who created this list are “clear and present dangers” to ICE personnel. The only purpose for creating this list and publishing it was to give our enemies and psychos a “killing list of targets”.

If you support that, then you are as evil as they are and should not be here at FR.
