The most despicable republican in the history of the GOP. Enemy domestic.
ESAD McCain
HOORAY Judicial Watch. HOORAY Tom Fitton.
There may be some confusion in your mind about my view on Obergfell so I'll state it plainly: terrible decision at every level.
Since the founding of our country marriage has been between one man and one woman, certain Indian tribes and cults notwithstanding.
It was a settled issue in law until very recently when the devil completely broke loose on the west coast and some hellhole cities.
Then, five legislators on the Supreme Court passed a law fixing federal bayonets on behalf of those that had cast their tents toward Sodom.
For anyone that supports Obergfell, the shame is theirs to bear and for us to witness.
McCain can die on the defense stand or in prison as far as I care. No sympathy for this scum.
Audit Tea Party 501c. Making it so hard for them, that they end up in financial ruin. Why? Because the Tea Party was not giving McCain the support he demanded. He wanted to control and wash out the tea party members. Which by the way, now there is a list of the names of every tea party donor.
And why concern yourself with that? When had things worked out in 1865 you wouldn’t have had to worry about a pesky Supreme Court sticking it’s nose in at all?
The reason I criticized Obergfell is because it is bad law.
I don't like it.
He called them "hobbits", "wacko birds" and said they "appealed to the bad angels of our nature".
He waged all out war against the Tea Party officials in the Arizona GOP in 2014, to rid the GOP of them before his bid for another term in 2016.
McCain is a mean, spiteful, hateful individual who used his influence to go after law-abiding conservatives in his own party by siccing the IRS on them.
This man can't die anytime too soon for me.
And as I pointed out, had your precious Confederacy won then you would not have to worry about bad decisions, good decisions, or any other Supreme Court decisions. How nice for you.
The Supreme court is a crapshoot. It will not necessarily get anything right, but it will necessarily force it's crap decisions to be imposed on everyone.
If you were following the conversation you would know that as a loyal son of the Confederacy you would not have had to worry about Supreme Court decisions, good or bad or otherwise. No Supreme Court, no Supreme Court decisions.

None of my family were here in 1860. We didn't arrive until after 1900. I don't live in any of the Confederate states, and I have never lived in any of the Confederate states. I've driven through a few of them, but that's about it.
So my "Loyal son of the Confederacy" credentials are pretty sparse. I hold the position I hold because I have looked beyond the propaganda, and I have realized that I and we have been lied to about what happened our whole lives.
And it was my best friend from Baltimore that put me on this path, not anyone from the South.
Disloyal son of the Confederacy then.
I am a regular American who has looked at the evidence and standards of the time, and recognized that we have been fed a bill of goods.
Washington DC has too much power, and it got it as a consequence of the Civil War. I started form the position that "Washington has too much power", and eventually worked my way back to where their big power grab started. It started in the leadup to the Civil War.
I think they tried to start it earlier, but Andrew Jackson kept F***ing them up.
Yet here you are.
You don't listen. I'm not any sort of son of the confederacy. I have no connections to it. Not familial, not residential. I am NOT connected to it and never have been.
Your loyalties are very apparent in you posts.

As are your opinions which you constantly parade as fact.
One engages in the drudgery when one must.

This is what is called "projection." My loyalties are to the natural law foundation of the USA, not the made up bullsh*t that came later.

I think it can be established as fact that Washington DC has too much power. I also think this acquisition of power can be demonstrated to have began around the 1840s.
Certainly most people on this website think Washington DC has too much power. Most of them will trace it back to Wilson, and a few will trace it back to Teddy Roosevelt.
Very few will recognize that it started around the time of Lincoln and Henry Clay's "Mercantilism", which is just another word for corruption and corporate welfare.
“And as I pointed out, had your precious Confederacy won then you would not have to worry about bad decisions, good decisions, or any other Supreme Court decisions.”
You seem concerned about something that might have happened but did not.
In this case, I’m concerned about what has happened.
If you're referring to the fact that there might have been a Confederate Supreme Court if Davis and Congress had abided by their Constitution but they didn't then this is a rare instance where I agree with you.
