They are hesitating to cross the border of a sovereign country that they have no right to be in.

That is a good thing.

The Fake News Media will spin it as a bad thing.

They should run a loop of the HGTV Show “Mexico Life” at all these Detention Centers to show these Central American People how great it is to live in Mexico.

Word is that many of these children are not even related to the adults they are traveling with.

If bringing children across gets you out of detention and released into the interior of the United States, people will be incentivized to travel with children.

If arriving with children will not get you released, then there is no incentive to cross the border with children.

This policy eliminates the perverse incentive, and therefore protects children.

If a kid got you into the bank vault, would you ever do a heist without one?

I agree that it’s more than 30 million but didn’t want to risk overstating the number.

The important thing is to send them home, for the sake of restoring the rule of law. A secondary but also important consideration is that the fecal-hole countries they come from will never get better if we keep taking their youth; “cultural appropriation” doesn’t get any more real than stealing future generations from other countries.

The only way to reunite then with their families is to send them home

This is true, although to be frank nobody should be granted an asylum unless their goverment is trying to persicution them. That’s not true of anyone from any central America country.
In the Western heisphere Only Cuba and venswelia would qualify.

I suspect almost all of the 20% they are accepting are being accepted by lawless liberals.
