Back in early 2017, there was an accusation of a Erdogan spy-network, and that they were spying on Turk-Kurds in Germany. That story lasted a week, and the German authorities didn’t say much more. My guess is spying exists to some small degree. This assassination story? I’ve seen it around, but so far there is no proof of anything much.
