I guess foreigners have a constitutional right to vote in American elections?Some leftists have been suggesting, nay, demanding this for years- that everyone in the world has a right to vote at least for the American President.
Just as amazing, on Varney this morning, it was mentioned that the “judge” also required the Kansas AG to submit to remedial constitution education!!!
Judge Julie is a real piece of work, sounds like a nutcase.
Or, the local Sheriff can lock up the Marshal’s. The most powerful person, government-wise, in any county is the duly elected sheriff. It wouldn’t be the first time that a sheriff sided with his constituents and got rid of the feds. Of course, there are few sheriff’s like that, since so many depend on that government cheese: equipment and grants. However, federal law enforcement relies very heavily on local law enforcement, so I doubt the US Marshal’s or anyone else would be quick to run in there. FBI might, but with all they have going on, they’d get embarrassed.
But it would be nice to see.
Still amazes me that we don’t require it here, when even in Iraq, you have to show proof.
There are more than a few states in the very same position. Yet, so many fail to realize it. Georgia, Florida, NC, Tennessee, to name a few. They are all on the precipice. Illegals from one side. Liberal from the North and West on the other side. All the liberal vacancies up North and out West are back-filled by more illegals.

If part of the due process for voting requires proving you’re a citizen, then there is no violation of the 14th amendment.

Apparently this judge does not believe in “prevention.”
On a certain level as a conservative this might make sense: Why pass laws for non-existent problems — we have too many dang laws already.
Well, ok then. Does Kansas have a problem with people owning RPG’s? If not, then why degrade citizens 2nd Amendment right to own an RPG (far less an “arm” than the out and out warships often owned by private parties at the time the Constitution was written.)
