I take the position that - without the Electoral College - the Constitution would never have been ratified, and the “United States” of America would not exist.
It’s that too, but Africans have schemed and pushed it by screeching racism when it is simply a matter of the more qualified candidate lands the job. They cheat by forced diversity.
