I think this might just be a temporary camp for migrants passing through - a way station for coyotes.
Some of the speculation seems overblown, based on the lack of any actual evidence of child abuse.
Evidence? Who needs evidence? The lack of evidence itself is evidence of the giant conspiracy. Dont you see?
