My interest, since I usually view events in the abstract, is to watch for the 'tells' coming from the various conspirators. This includes, of course, the feckless c-nts @ NYT, CNN, et al.
Up until now, this has all been intellectual fun & games, played by clever girly-men under rules long established to give them cover under the 1A. But, just like denial ain't a river in Egypt, how many wake up with cold sweats considering that, in fact, they are parties to a conspiracy to commit treason?
If so, then in all senses of the definition, they are indeed domestic enemy combatants. If that is what they are guilty of, then it also stands to reason they can be casualties in (dark) combat. When will the light bulb go on? Clapper and other higher level conspirators probably know they are vulnerable; after all, there isn't a society in the history of mankind where treason is given a mulligan.
But the stupid minions who keep going through the motions, using the tired tactics of the last war to fight new battles? When they appear to become more circumspect is when we can assess that they are signalling they now understand the new rules of engagement.
