...(3) anecdotally: I've gotten some calls from young adults who only need to pass a math test to get a HS diploma that they didn't bother with before. They're seeing opportunities that are now open to them, with a HS diploma... DW and I are seeing the same thing. Some are willing to put in the work to pass the math test, some are not...

FWIW, I always charge a little something with these one-last-chance situations. People do better if they’ve agreed to a transaction than they do if it’s free.
