The key question. Look, if you ran the FBI, wouldn’t your prime objective be to make sure that you are not playing favorites, or even have the appearance of playing favorites? Wouldn’t you tell Trump? Or, failing that, get a panel of people in power, some Trump supporters, some neutral, some Hillary people. Get them in the loop. Let them know what is going on. They didn’t do that. Why? Because it was not as pure as the wind driven snow. There is an ethical responsibility to do that. The FBI couldn’t care less about that. Now their panties are in a knot because they have been called into question? They can go to hell.
