First they want us to show them how to work things (as South Africa has been attempting since the end of apartheid); affirmative action was to speed that up by creating a cadre of professionals to handle everything. Since Phase I has failed miserably, they are in a bind; Plan B seems to be pushing women as well into STEM fields, but too many aren’t biting - they don’t want the burden.

Where it is heading is to ethnic cleansing of white people and death camp.
