President Trump is working his tail off day and night to put this badly broken nation back together and implement some common sense into our system of government.
There will never be a greater president than him.
It’s sad that there has to be a law that we are allowed to try to save our own lives with something the gov’t doesn’t approve of.
Here’s my problem with it:
If “right to try” doesn’t include a drug which will end my miserable, terminal condition (assuming that that will eventually come to pass), then this is right to NOTHING.
Funny story: I woke up one day and realized that women have a right to kill a baby and I don’t have a right to end my life peacefully with the assistance of a doctor.

Here’s my problem with all the “therapies”: They do nothing to address keeping one’s health and not arriving at the desperate crossroads at which one has to make a choice with the “dreaded diagnosis”...
Watch the movie, “The Beautiful Truth”. Gerson was murdered, BTW.
A lot of that has been happening to natural cure folks these days as well.
My guess is the bill takes legal liability off the table, and since the Trial Lawyers association owns the DNC, they never want to see laws limiting lawyers’ compensation. Just a guess.

The other upside is that often the testing protocols are very narrow and only cover a subset of a disease, because on paper the science says it will only work for X condition. We may find a drug that is only be tested for muscular dystrophy, may work in ALS.

Well the left believes we are not able to make informed decisions for our selves, that it must be entirely left to them to make all determinations on who lives, how they live, breathes and who dies along the way.
IOW, they want to kill off anyone who dares to disagree with them.
People who are most ‘vengeful’ tend to be those who are motivated ‘by power’, ‘by authority’ and by ‘the desire for status’..............that certainly would pertain to Hollywood, the Media, Clinton's/Obamas, The Dem Party, and Gope and Soros family..... and all their devoted followers because they ALL LOST the afore mentioned via Hillarys Presidential Loss.
Probably not - but it seems those developing it would welcome the chance to try it on actual patients and foot the tab as part of the process..
