Trump rips McCain at political rally

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — President Donald Trump slammed frequent foe Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., who is battling brain cancer, for having voted against one of the measures that would have repealed Obamacare last year.

Speaking at a rally here, and referring to McCain without using his name, Trump said his efforts to scrap President Obama's signature health care law were frustrated by the Arizona senator's decision to give a thumbs-down to the bill on the Senate floor in July.

"We had it done folks, it was done, and then early in the morning somebody turned their hand in the wrong direction," Trump said. "The person that voted that way only talked repeal and replace. He campaigned on it."

Trump gives nobody a pass. It’s one thing I love about the guy. If McCain wants a pass, there are two options: Resign or die.

I am amazed that McCain campaigned one way and voted totally different. This must have come as a shock to the people of Arizona. NOT!!!

He also ripped #43, and it was well deserved. We need to rid DC of these people if we are to continue to be a great nation.

That is a very long list.

We won't divulge his name out of respect for the Senator but his initials are John Sidney McCain, scum of the Senate.

McCasin is a dirty RINO traitor who doesn’t even have the honor to die so we can start rebuilding.

As an elected official he gave aid and comfort to the Dems just like he gave aid and comfort to his Viet Minh captors.

I am starting to think McCain voted for Ubama.

In 2008!

He did not name the scum bag. He should have called him out directly and point out to the people of Az this is what you get when you elect the two jerks they have for senators. It was almost like he was daring the POS to resign before June 1 so there would be an election (and not have his wife be appointed to his seat.)

Meanwhile, Trump continues to smoke out the rest of the dorks. I love that Corker was present and Trump made a veiled comment about him while supporting his choice.

I also love that he does these rallies rather than doing presidential speeches because they there is no response needed by the democommies.

Until the congress is completely rid of these people the country will suffer.

The other take from last night was how Trump talked about the democrats voting as a block, not for the good of the country but themselves.

He’s asking for honest debate, and a vote that is good for America.

We don’t have that. Until we get a full 2/3 majority in the Senate, nothing is going to get done.

“This must have come as a shock to the people of Arizona. NOT!!!”

The Arizona electorate baffles me. Were they really bamboozled by him, or did they know perfectly well for whom they were voting?

So what? I’ll rip Songbird a new one with every opportunity. He has earned that in spades. Just because he has one foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel is no reason to cut the back-stabbing prick any slack.

That’s what his entire campaign was about... making sure Zero got elected. Willard did the same thing in 2012.

They probably knew after he was already elected, but by then it was too late. Incumbent U.S. Senators almost never lose their own primaries, and Arizonans chose McCain over an outright Democrat.

Same with South Carolina and Lindsey Graham. It's one of the most conservative states in the U.S., and even in a GOP primary they haven't been able to oust him.

Perhaps, like several other Western states, Arizona has just become too "Californicated"? Liberals depart California, having destroyed it and move on to lower taxed States to socially and economically pollute and destroy!

“Trump Rips McCain”

In other words, Trump stated the facts.

Then why don’t they just vote for an open leftist and have done with it? I suppose they haven’t devolved enough yet.
