'Trump's son should be concerned': FBI obtained wiretaps of Putin ally who met with Trump Jr.

The FBI has obtained secret wiretaps collected by Spanish police of conversations involving Alexander Torshin, a deputy governor of Russia’s Central Bank who has forged close ties with U.S. lawmakers and the National Rifle Association, that led to a meeting with Donald Trump Jr. during the gun lobby’s annual convention in Louisville, Ky., in May 2016, a top Spanish prosecutor said Friday. Jose Grinda, who has spearheaded investigations into Spanish organized crime, said that bureau officials in recent months requested and were provided transcripts of wiretapped conversations between Torshin and Alexander Romanov, a convicted Russian money launderer. On the wiretaps, Romanov refers to Torshin as “El Padrino,” the godfather.

And the crime committed was what?

Nothing.

I don’t think they met.

But if they did not a crime and remember no one in May 2016 expected Trump to win in November.

Clapper, Brennan and Comey established Russian Collusion only before Trump took office.

“...and most of the time the blackmail or reputation destruction works for them”.

.......................................

That’s true I guess, because too often people don’t react with “So what” when they should over a nothingburger like this.

Spikey was the one who had the Lewinsky story that Matt Drudge dumped on the Internet.

So far this sounds like just more bullsheeting - no crime proven against anyone

Here is the money line:

An NRA lawyer, in responses to Wyden, said that Torshin has only paid his membership dues to the group and that, based on an internal review, the NRA received a total of only $2,500 from about 23 Russia-linked contributors since 2015. However, the NRA is now reviewing its relationship with Torshin in light of the Treasury Department blacklisting him last month.

Bear in mind of the $2,500 since 2015, it does not stipulate how many are US citizens or are in the US legally. I doubt many Russians living in Russia have NRA memberships. One of the ComDem trolls on Twitter hit me with this a while back. It is total nonsense.

So, DJTjr spoke with a guy, who knows a guy, blah blah blah. Sounds like a description of every person Mulesrear has gone after. I’m going to be very careful, from now on, to whom I nod and say “hello, how are you?”! You just can’t be too careful, I guess, especially if you know DJT. He seems to know an awful lot of people, who know a guy, who knows a guy, who knows a guy.

Aren’t Russians allowed to join the NRA? And what is it the business of some bozo senator from Oregon if they do? The money paid by them in dues wouldn’t buy a few seconds of the many commercials they put on tv.

It’s always been a race between when the FBI comes at Trump’s family and when the coup plot would come out.

Trump has to move faster.

That is correct. And there are some US citizens living and working in Russia who were previously NRA members and the probably will pay their dues from there. (It said something like: “Russia-related”)

This is all BS.

Isikoff is the same person that refused to publicize the Clinton affair with Monica Lewinsky and let it sit until Drudge exposed it. No bias or credibility here.

Mike “Spike” Isikoff. How the mighty have fallen. Relegated to the basement news office of Yahoo. Still trying to be relevant, but failing miserably.

The MSM and democrats in Congress have it all figured out! The FBI wasn’t spying on Trump, et al; they were spying on Russia, and while spying on Russia, they inadvertently heard the names of Trump, and most of Trump’s friends, family, business contacts, etc. They were trying to protect him, when they actually found out he was colluding with the Russians, to steal the election from Hillary. It was all innocent on the part of the FBI, cia, etc. See? The NERVE of Trump, to take advantage of all their hard work! (I really do think that a certain segment of the population thinks that if they can get rid of Trump, that Hillary will then become president. Yeah. They’re THAT stupid!)

The author Michael Isikoff is the one who pushed the fake information “Russian dossier”, made false claims, then lied about it.

I wouldn’t believe anything he puts out.

“Isikoff’s story didn’t just push negative information about Trump into the public consciousness. It claimed U.S. intel officials were probing ties between a Trump adviser and the Kremlin, adding credibility, suggesting the feds themselves felt the info was worthwhile. Better yet for Steele, Isikoff claimed the information came from a “well-placed Western intelligence source,” suggesting it originated from a third-party and was picked up by Western spies instead of being written by one.”
