It’s not like this guy is breaking into peoples houses and raping women, abducting them off the street, or slipping them mickeys.
His behavior is definitely beyond the pale, but all of these women had the option of kicking him in the nuts and walking away.
This one says she “gave up” to his inappropriate and perverted sexual advances.

These awful things happen to some people, they are abused sexually.
But the rage and anger doesn’t stop it and the rage of the moment isn’t going to stop things.

He did forcibly enter Asia Argento’s room. They were in Cannes. when she went back to her hotel she saw him in the lobby and was surprised b/c she had not told him where she was staying.
Not long after, as she prepared to retire for the night, he barged into her locked room——she HAD NOT given him a key-—and proceeded to force himself on her.
So he committed other crimes besides rape-— conducting surveillanceto find out were she was staying.......misrepresenting himself to get her room key.
He “forced” himself on all of these women. These were not consensual acts by any means.
Some women did go to L/E. Others reported his behavior to friends.
There is corroboration....or else L/E could not have charged him.

I didn’t know the particulars of that incident, what he is being charged with here is a different scenario.
Is the Argento case not being brought due to statute of limitations?
The case against him now, I believe the incident happened over 10 years ago.
I bet if Clinton won and Bill was “First Man”, Harvey and the rest would still be molesting people.

Wow, I did not know those details. Not surprised, and it didn’t lower my opinion of Harvey because that could not have gotten any lower. I hope he gets a decade or so behind bars. And I hope his cell mates cover him with substance.

Everyone knew. I knew he used the casting couch liberally. I don’t think I knew a specific story but I had heard stories or rumors or whatever about Harvey. I have only the weakest tangents of links to the industry. And I knew. SO MERYL STREEP FOR SURE KNEW. She may have known first hand.

1. I don’t do jury duty. I try to limit the time I spend with morons to the bare minimum.
2. I doubt your capacity to hate is anywhere near as all consuming and soul crushingly nihilistic as mine. You don’t really know what hate is.

We completely disagree.
I don’t even think of adult mature women who voluntarily trade sex for other goods and services as whores. They’ve made a trade, I don’t need to judge their morals. I don’t care about other adults’ sex decisions. But I have no issue with that kind of thing. In fact, a lot of religious wives do the same thing with their husbands. Don’t kid yourself. I’ve heard them explain how they got this piece of jewelry or the trip to visit family.
But I would fight with all my being against adults in power abusing truly helpless people, pretending to be decent humans but be using scared, unwilling victims for their orgasms without any humanity at all. Rapists, child molesters, Harvey fits right in.
He raped them. He cornered them. He forced them. And like Clinton with the troopers alongside him, or Cosby, the sweetest famous man in the world, HE WAS TOO POWERFUL FOR THEM TO SEEK JUSTICE AGAINST.
