One question for the judge: is the government paying for this account? If the government isn’t paying for it, it is a private account. Even politicians are allowed personal communications, ask Hillary about her e-mails paid for by government.

Things are getting worse. As of yesterday, you can no longer comment on Discus, unless you agree to the following EGREGIOUS terms:
“Important Update
When you login with Disqus, we process personal data to facilitate your authentication and posting of comments. We also store the comments you post and those comments are immediately viewable and searchable by anyone around the world.”
This is a direct threat to conservative free speech! Disqus is operated by Facebook. Zuckerberg is an evil bastard! How do we stop this outrageous attack on free speech?
This shuts down conservative debate on a good 50% of internet articles.
