the constitution Obama was teaching was the socialist Dem version of the constitution. Obama never heard about the one that Jefferson and his group gave us.
It's shocking how easy it is for a citizen with cursory knowledge of the law to "out-lawyer" a lawyer these days! I've done it! Any lawyer worth his/her salt knows every case is situational. Predicating a criminal act upon who wins an election is plain dumb!
