Trump to cut foreign aid for home countries of illegal immigrants

President Trump announced Wednesday that the U.S. will begin to deduct foreign aid from countries whose residents illegally enter the United States.

"Many of these countries we give tremendous amounts of aid to. Tens of millions of dollars. And we're working on a plan to deduct a lot of the aid," Trump said at an event in New York denouncing the Salvadoran gang MS-13.

"We're going to work out something where every time someone comes in from a certain country, we're going to deduct a rather large amount of money from what we give them in aid, if we give them aid at all," Trump said. "We may just not give them aid at all."

Why not tally up the number of illegal alien children being educated in the US, and the number of illegals receiving food stamps, ADC, etc. Do this by country, and then deduct the amount from foreign aid. If the country doesn’t receive foreign aid, or the bill is more than the foreign aid received, then bill them. We’re having to house, cloth, feed, and educate their citizens, so they should pay for that expense.

I am with you, but we need to charge interest for the numbers of years they have been here (credit card interest!)and if they can't pay up shut down their embassies here and start boycotting their businesses and banks.

Costa Rica was once nearly as impoverished as any other country in Latin America. I say nearly because they have made great strides forward since 1950 or so while others in the region continue to spend money on looters (especially those in the deep state).

Costa Rica has invested in tourism, education and a lot of self help type of things. They are not rich, but they don't export their people either. There is nothing to stop any of their neighbors from following the same model. This is possible because the deep state in Costa Rica maintains a much smaller footprint and sees their people as citizens rather than subjects. It isn't rocket science.
