Polls are untrustworthy as I’m sure everyone must know by now. All this tells me is that there is a new strategy to try to fire up the dem base while also making conservatives overconfident in the hopes that many stay home come midterms.
Exactly right. They want it in our heads that we’re going to win or at least do well, so maybe skip Mid-term Tuesday.
Midterms typically draw fewer but more ardent voters. We have to stay at least as positive as we were for the general to upset the cycle of the out-party gaining seats during those elections.
