I had thought that was from Machiavelli, but couldn’t verify it. Tribe is right to use that quote, especially with a fighter like Trump- don’t come at someone if you aren’t overwhelmingly sure you are going to succeed because if you *DON’T* take them down you are going to be in a world of hurt.. Only a whack job (left or right) would take it as a call to violence- it’s a quote about not starting crap with a powerful man unless you are certain you will win.

The Democrats are idiots if they think they can impeach and remove; thus they will probably try.
