It looks like Halper was still working for the Deep State well into 2017 after President Trump was in office. Carter Page, who was spied on by the Obama DOJ and FBI, published an email he received from Stefan Halper in July 2017. Halper was still reaching out to Carter Page well into 2017.

Who is/was Halper’s handler(s)?
I doubt that Halper is the only plant the FBI had. He may have been the tip of the iceberg. The Deep State wants us to fixate on Halper in the hopes that we will miss other more damning revelations.
The Deep State told Halper to send an email to Page in the hope that we would conclude that Page was not a plant. There is more to this than Halper.
I have faith in Ted Cruz. He may be keeping his powder dry while all this rolls out.
