Yes, but last April illegal immigration had dropped to very low numbers.
This flow may still be less than normal.
These numbers aren't what we want to see, but the traditional 1 to 2 million crossings per year, are still way over these numbers.
We're looking at roughly half a million people. That's anywhere from 25 to 50% as high as figures were running for years on end.

In 2005, the pay outs totaled $924 million. This program allows low income earners to claim a $1,000 per child credit. Some name children they do not have.......that are usually “back home” or borrowing children’s names from a co-conspirator.
EITC claims-—can run up to over $3000 per claim. $20 billion is estimated to have been paid out to these cunning “impoverished” illegals. Most of them are collecting over and over again-——using multiple identities-——falsifying apps-—claiming children they do not have and/or falsely stating kids are back in their homelands.
I don't want to hear it. There are still forty million illegal invaders in this country, who are:
1. Undercutting wages and stealing our jobs.
2. Sucking down welfare benefits meant for Americans,
3. Flooding our hospitals, jails, and schools.
4. Taking housing away from the rightful citizens.
5. Colonizing our country and gaining political power.
Not only should there be a complete halt to illegal immigration, we should be deporting tens of thousands of them per day.
Anything less is national suicide.

Under George Bush we had upwards of two million illegals coming over every year. One nine month period alone, they apprehended over 900,000 illegals crossing the border in one sector alone. To put that into perspective that’s about a 1 million a year rate in that on sector.
In addition, the INS agents in those days stated as a matter of record, that they realized they only stopped about 10 to 15% of the illegals crossing the border. If 1 million was 10%, that means nine million were coming across, by their own estimation. I’ve never agreed with that high a rate estimation, but it was very clear we had no idea how many millions were coming across.
We have seen an amazing improvement, and we are seeing inland enforcement and employer actions that will severely impact the ability for illegals to find work here.
The wall is coming. Self-deportations are coming.
This wasn’t going to be ended overnight. It’s taking some time, but we are making headway.
This headline made it sound like there are about 200% plus more illegals coming across the border than traditionally, and that is a bald faced lie, by inference.
It is insane. So 75% are let into the US that are caught. How can we stop this invasion? And can’t we stop them BEFORE getting over the border?
Congress won’t pay for it.
The problem has ALWAYS been that Congress won’t pay.
