Russian Company Asks Judge To Dismiss Mueller’s ‘Make-Believe’ Charges

One of the Russian companies special counsel Robert Mueller accused of interfering in the 2016 presidential election is asking a federal judge to determine if he is engaging in a sham criminal case.

Foreign interference in the presidential election is a “make-believe crime,” Concord Management and Consulting said in a court filing Monday. The company argues the case is an example of Mueller attempting to “justify his own existence” by indicting “a Russian — any Russian.”

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein has “rejected the history and integrity of the DOJ and instead licensed a Special Counsel who for all practical political purposes cannot be fired, to indict a case that has absolutely nothing to do with any links or coordination between any candidate and the Russian Government,” Concord wrote in the court filing.

In their quest to get Trump, Mueller's merry band of reckless asshats have driven us off into international incident territory. If I understood correctly one of the discovery demands by a batch of lawyers for the Russians is for info concerning US interference in foreign elections since the end of World War 2. That is not merely a legal maneuver but a political demand - if their discovery is packed with requests in that vein, then the Kremlin is most definitely involved and is taking advantage of the situation in the aim to score political leverage and a propaganda victory. Nobody would have remotely entertained doing something this stupid during the cold war, handing the Kremlin an opening like what the Mueller idiots have done. Cold war or no cold war, the Kremlin is still the Kremlin, and they're still gonna exploit any opening they get for advantage.

exactly. and from many other countries in world. and even worse, their entire library of hacking software they stole from other countries was in turn stolen (or leaked) themselves and published by WikiLeaks a couple of years ago. And we’re talking about thousands of hacking tools. AND it appears that the FBI neither knew about the existence of the CIA tools nor that they had been released into the wild, so every time they THOUGHT they were investigating “russian” hacking, it could have been anyone, and they didn’t know that.

in my opinion the loss of those CIA hacking tools is probably the biggest loss of intelligence potential in my lifetime, and yet the leftist fake stream media didn’t even bother to yawn ... too busy trying to prevent Trump from being elected to cover any actual news ...
