As we reported in March, Nunes and the House Intelligence Committee was investigating the Obama State Department under John Kerry for its involvement in the dissemination of the unverified "Steele Dossier," along with a second anti-Trump dossier written by Clinton confidant Cody Shearer. Nunes referred to this as "Phase 2" of his committee's probe into Russian influence in the 2016 US election.
Nunes is also investigating whether former CIA director John Brennan perjured himself during Congressional testimony about the Steele Dossier.

The outlines of the plot or coup d’etat are in the public sphere more or less, though it has yet to be disseminated properly by the mainstream press. The trick, as I see it, is when can Trump & Pence announce it without being seen as paranoid, or delusional.
The deep state & the press will bury them unless they can articulate this plot to the public & back it up with ironclad proof.
What’s Sessions going to do about it?
So Kerry appears to have been very involved in laying the groundwork for either stealing an election or, if unsuccessful, attempting to undo the results of the Presidential election...and now the shameless, arrogant, condescending, horse-faced SOB is deliberately and openly trying to undercut the foreign policy of the United States - when he has no legal position in the government.
Being jailed for sedition is too good for him.
