Sarah Palin broke her silence Thursday and said Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., never told her directly that he regrets picking her as his running mate as the 2008 Republican presidential nominee.

However, the former Alaska governor said every time she hears about the reports of his bitterness towards her, it's "like a perpetual gut-punch."

"It's not a real fun thing that part of my job is the requirement – is having to read the news every day,"

It seems the cancer has made McTraitor show his true feelings. He has always been a bitter evil man.

I see he finally has his wish of being loved by the left.

Yep... he is facing death and by all appearances has no clue what will be next. He is apparently not making himself ready to meet God. He is spending his time in hate for people in his past and hate for our current president. Knowing he is dying.... he wants to go out espousing hate and not forgiveness. That tells us all we need to know about John McCain.

I think McCain should resign immediately for his sexist and misogynistic hate speech and attitudes towards women - like Palin.

Where’s Hillary and Chelsea now? Where’s Kathy griffin and Rosie o dribble? Oh yeah... it’s not feminism they care about - it’s leftist ideology

The mask is coming off. He doesn’t have to worry about reelection anymore.

I shall find his grave someday, and take a nice long piss. I wish he could know this before he dies.

McCaine is proving t be a POS who will have nothing but a POS legacy, he has never taken the mannerly path or opne of respect.

Out of respect I had not joined the chorus of caustic comments on his coming departure. But now I do have to say that it cannot be too soon for me.

Sarah Palin is a great patriot , and does not deserve the death bed ridicule of this sordid political a$$hat.. John McCain is proving that he has been nothing but an albatross to America.

In the place of weeping and gnashing of teeth, methinks the one who shall not be named will be one of the gnashers.

Nearing death, the filters have come off. Behold the true McCain.

Wish I could get my vote back.

You don’t know very much about the Forrestal fire. Yes, he was a victim of the fire. But he bears no responsibility for the fire.

I said the same thing about Ted Kennedy's grave; but I didn't want to stand in the long line!!

McStain is a bizarre character. His 2008 campaign, in hindsight, was simply pathetic. His campaign hiatus in September when stocks mysteriously tanked was a surprise (which of course, Obama ignored). Equally odd was his hiring of Steve Schmidt as his campaign manager, who seems to be a progressive-left whiny little bitch who hates conservatives and has never won anything. Then there was his immediate trashing of Sarah Palin afterwards, who he supposedly chose over Liebermann and others.

And of course, the GOP elite were all on board with McCain and his campaign - figures.

I had a friend tell me right after McTraitor lost say he wanted to lose. He planned it. I never thought that was true, now it looks to be true.

They still run a commercial fishing operation, AFAIK.

Plus, I’m sure her public speaking would qualify as a “job”.

I've read several different accounts of what happened.

What version of events do you believe is the accurate one?

Sarah Palin was my first excuse for voting Republican that year (and the kenyan bastard was my second).
