Protesters stormed Google’s I/O Conference Tuesday amid technical developers and coding lectures, demanding Google strip pro-life groups from search results on abortion.

When women Google where they can get an abortion, pro-life pregnancy centers intending to give them support during times of crisis sometimes pop up as results. Protesters from progressive activist groups UltraViolet and CREDO Action regard these results as an abomination and interrupted Google’s 2018 I/O conference to demand the media platform remove “crisis pregnancy centers” from search results on abortion, according to Mercury News.

In addition to disrupting the keynote speaker, the protesters said they had a petition with up to 100,000 signatures they would deliver to Google after the conference concluded.

Well, the next logical step is that these protesters will start using violence to get what they want.

These people have probably jumped the shark with their ridiculous demands-Google is a business-and it isn’t like there are not other search engines a mere mouseclick away-no company that wants to stay in business is likely to piss off lots of users/customers because some haters are screaming like little bitches in a cold shower-it just isn’t good business sense...

You are right.

Also, this sounds like the immediate coordinated boycott demands from feminists and then from David Hogg and anti-Laura Ingraham types.
Funny how they get instant boycott lists out and the companies like Dick’s fold like a cheap suit the next morning.

Can’t we see the future? Facebook and Google and all places for websites to work will go dark where conservative content is found. VERY dangerous to freedom.

The left will literally kill to protect killing. They would go to war to keep murdering. The percent of crises pregnancies and other anomalies is very small and nobody is denying that aspect of right to care. The pro-deathers are brainwashed regressed sub humans who murder for choice because of iresponsibility.

It’s too bad that there seem to be no men of wealth and/or vision (such as Zuckerberg before he was wealthy) invested enough in conservatism, morality, the health of Christianity at least as a civilising tool if they’re not true believers themselves, in order to launch conservative-leaning search sites, social media hubs, etc. I really believe that plenty of “weak tea” conservatives amd Christians, who can’t tear themselves away from the present entities because that’s all there is, might do so if there were eventual equally viable and user-friendly sites like FB, YT, google, and the rest.

These are terrorists taking a page from the old gay activists who terrorized the APA into removing homosexuality from the DSM.

I would suggest Pro-Life create brochures explaining details of Planned Parenthood crimes, abortion clinics closed due to horrific conditions/crimes, 4D ultrasounds of babies in the womb and many other horrors of abortion. Have clients of crisis pregnancy centers, women from Silent No More Awareness, former abortion doctors and clinic workers hand them to Google workers/executives quietly and legally at conferences.

This was the crap done 20 years ago in the yellow pages. The progressives wouldn’t allow pro-life listings in the Abortion categories.
Glad that yellow pages are for the most part history.

We should make similar demands, only to let them know that when the shoe is on the other foot, it doesn’t fit.
