There is a story on Drudge that she is wearing a back brace. You can clearly see the outline of it under her pantsuit. This explains why she is always wearing a scarf when she is out in public. You may be able to hide the back brace by wearing loose fitting clothes or a heavy overcoat, but you can't hide the part of the brace that is right under the neck - hence the scarves.

New Zealand has very strict immigration standards, so I doubt they’d even take her. But what I’d like to know is what did the people of NZ do to Hillary that she’d want to punish them by moving there?
