>>”nobody seems to care” that former Secretary of State John Kerry is violating the Logan Act’ by quietly trying to save the Iran nuclear deal.

I like how he got that in there. Ha. My guess is Rudy knows very well these days the Rule of Law is selective.
As the Logan Act has never actually been enforced since within a couple of years of its passing, I think it is well past time to have it cancelled.
Giuliani is in a better position to do something about it. Tell the guy who tweets instead of acting to arrest Kerry and all the others.
The media cannot even pretend to report things fairly, it's hate filled anti-Trump 24/7/365
I dont know if its necessarily a swamp-monster issue.. I think Sessions is just small and fearful as AG.
Yep. That’s where I am at, too. We need a lion as AG and got a lamb. So disappointing.
I don’t get it - how the heck is kerry allowed to negotiate with anyone?? He’s not part of the Administration - he’s a private citizen, yes. So, why is he NOT yanked back here as he’s got absolutely NO authority.

excerpt from the article:
With the Iran deal facing its gravest threat since it was signed in 2015, Kerry has been on an aggressive yet stealthy mission to preserve it, using his deep lists of contacts gleaned during his time as the top US diplomat to try to apply pressure on the Trump administration from the outside.

could the reason JK "is in the dog house" with his wife due to the fact that part of his daughter's dowery to marry an Iranian w/ ties to one of the iranian nuke negotiators was to play ball with them on the iran deal???
“Could” be!
