The only thing Mueller has going is anti-Trump animus. Without a liberal judge who feels the same way and is willing to ignore the law, he’s sunk.

If that is the case I expect Mueller will move to dismiss.

Why does almost everyone pronounce the crooked counsel’s name as Muller when it’s plainly spelled, Mueller?

Out of curiosity I hit CNN to see just how big Mueller's team is now. They breathlessly report:

Special counsel Robert Mueller assembled a team of at least 17 lawyers for his investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 election and potential collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. The investigation has already led to charges against 22 people and entities...

You can get bios of these legal heroes at the link if you're into "a wretched hive of scum and villainy". The point is, with 17 high-level attorneys on the job full-time they've indicted people without justification that they know perfectly well must be shared? And their excuse is that they didn't think the people they indicted would defend themselves? Riiight.

So, delays are apparently the order of the day, in Flynn's sentencing and in this case, if you can dignify it with the term. Why not be honest and just admit to the court that they want to string this out until the election?

Mueller puts the ‘special’ into ‘special council’ doesn’t he? Talk about a trust-fund baby punching above his weight!

Mueller's team: “it would be inadvisable to conduct an initial appearance and arraignment at which important rights will be communicated

Non-legal-speak of the 'communication': You DO know who we are, right?

Mueller and his team of democrat donors have had more than 16 months to find evidence. Not to mention the DOJ and FBI spied on the Trump campaign and transition.

Mulehead, it’s too late to manufacture evidence now.

Bob, go and reproduce asexually.

Hahaha. I would find it entertaining if this loser mueller and his bunch of criminal co-conspirators were tried, convicted and hung on the WDC mall for their sedition and treason.

But everyone gets to read the Russian request for discovery and what put Mueller behind the 8 ball. I like all government information pertaining to US interference with other countries elections since 1945. I would request the same to show US collusion and obstruction in foreign countries elections. Someone will then shut down Mueller for national security reasons. Love these Russians.

The pose would be much improved with a rope around his traitorous neck (after a fair trial and conviction, of course).

‘I’m confused here Mr Mueller, why would you announce indictments if you were not prepared to move ahead.’

As I recall, some goods news for Trump had just broken and Mueller had to step on it quick. (I’m sure you, MG, are aware of that. I’m addressing your hypothetical judge.)

‘The Plan was to get the country to turn against Trump and make him Resign and not get this far ,LOL’

This!! The last—the VERY last—thing they expected was that Trump’s approval ratings would reach all time highs. This is a miracle, because otherwise Trump would be toast.
