On Friday, North Korea’s Kim Jong Un offered to shut down the nuclear test site, telling South Korea’s president Moon he’ll scrap the nuclear site by mid-May....

I think what we are seeing is China wanting the tariffs and they called Kim. The thing I want to see addressed too is the fact that he has active nazi style concentration camps.
