NBC won’t be launching a full internal investigation into new sex harassment allegations against former news anchor Tom Brokaw, network sources told Page Six on Friday.
“She’s given her side, and he’s responded. They don’t feel there’s anything left to investigate in the case,’’ an NBC source said, adding, “We may make further inquiries if more information emerges.”

Former NBC News war correspondent Linda Vester accused Brokaw in an article in Variety on Thursday of groping her and trying to kiss her against her will in the 1990s. She said she finally came forward because she was upset with the way the network had handled sex-harassment allegations against its former “Today’’ host Matt Lauer.
Brokaw denied Vester’s claims, and so far, it seems he has got the full backing of his NBC News bosses.

I loathe Brokaw but I don’t trust #metoo either. She says she came forward because of the way NBC handled the Lauer situation. That sounds like a non sequitur.
So Brokaw is saying she’s lying?
It’s not often I agree with NBC, but on this one they are right. Even if true, the alleged behavior just doesn’t warrant any kind of action. It was decades ago and the man is long since retired. And frankly this is trivial. If we jailed everyone who every made a pass that wasn’t well received the human race would be in danger of extinction. It might have been ungentlemanly but it wasn’t criminal.
And FTR I am not convinced this happened. Usually with men who don’t know how to behave around women there is a pattern of behavior. I’m not seeing that.
Brokaw is NBC News. He brought that company to where it is today, regardless of whether you like his politics and style of news or not.

He’s not retired. He’s a contributing anchor and special correspondent at NBC News. He also has an annoying radio show that has its segments air during other talk radio shows.

From what I have read of Operation Mockingbird, I no longer trust any of the network anchors.
They belong to an exclusive set whose aims were not just to report the news, but to manipulate public opinion in order to support the globalist agenda.
I’m just surprised it was a woman.
