One Texas lawmaker asked election officials to clean up their voter rolls from “illegal voting by noncitizens” in a county that has been plagued with a host of voter fraud allegations and investigations. State Senator Don Huffines (R-Dallas) voiced concerns over “illegal voting by noncitizens” this week in a letter to Dallas County elections officials. He called upon County Clerk, the Honorable John Warren, and Elections Administrator Toni Pippins-Poole to update the public on their progress in removing noncitizen voting registrants.
“A fraudulent vote not only cancels out a legitimate one, but also casts doubt over the entire system, sowing distrust in government and dampening voter turnout,” wrote Huffines, citing the Texas Election Code which “requires United States citizenship in order to vote.”

Motor voter has registered million of foreigners to vote.
Their registration should never have happened and whoever allowed it needs to go to nail.

He also said ‘if you live here, you can vote’. That last one was as just before the election in November, 2016.

It’s great that Texas just heard that their latest appeal for voter id was approved by the Fifth Circuit.
Bout time. Now get the dead wood off the voter rolls especially with Battelground Texas trying to turn Texas blue.
Maybe it is time to convict illegal alien voters of a felony and then deport them. That would send a clear message.

Texas has a process in place to move this along if they would only use it. Every two years
a new voter registration card is mailed to the voter at his/her address and is supposed
to be not forwarded. It is supposed to be returned to the Registrar of Voters for action,
removing, etc. How many get removed is questionable but the process is there if only it
would be used.

Real ID on states drivers licenses shows the pollster that the voter has been certified as a legal citizen. 2020 and then full restriction effects begin. (Not to be used to enter any federal buildings or grounds, not valid to ID to pass through any airport, etc.)
