Exactly. Simply wiped is obvious. Even wiped and then reconstructed to look like normal use can be discerned. I guarantee you these machines have been carefully wiped. The only question is proving it, and getting the case tossed based on this. Knowing the lying rats, they’ll probably plant “evidence” of hacking - probably so obvious that it’ll be deemed too obvious. No self respecting hacker would leave those kinds of tracks behind.

Does the name “Seth Rich” mean anything to these commies? His murder was a warning to anyone else to not leak or else DIE.

October 26, 2017...

"[White House press secretary] Sarah Sanders said today that some in the media are finally starting to realize "the real collusion" with Russia involved the Clintons and the Democratic National Committee.

"If anyone was colluding with the Russians to influence the election, look no further than the Clintons and the DNC. ... Everything that the Clinton campaign and the DNC were falsely accusing this president of doing over the past year they were actually doing themselves, it turns out," the White House press secretary said on "America's Newsroom"

If they do Not keep their servers some one needs to go to jail for obstruction of justice. This would be a repeated action making conspiracy to commit fraud.

>>I am not a lawyer but I would think if they go to court and claimed the dog ate the evidence, the counter suit will win.

First of all, I can’t imagine the hard drives currently in their servers being the same ones as were there 2 years ago. Heck, its doubtful the servers are even the same. It isn’t so much that they’ll lose to the counterclaim as much as if they don’t produce requested items to defendants, they can’t use material from those same items as evidence for their own case.

This is purely a fund raising maneuver and they have no plans of proceeding with this case for many reasons. The defendants’ attorneys should ask the court to sanction the hell out of them. Being in Federal Court, such a motion MAY be successful.

This was one of the worst political ideas I’ve ever heard of. The only reason I can think of that they went through with it was they owed the attorneys involved in the case something.

“tell”? by Roger Stone?

“tell”?

Those servers not being under FBI custodianship as of a year ago is an abomination. If they were Flynns’ they would be. If they were Manaforts they would be.

They will be destroyed, if they are not already.

I suppose the Awans could be subpenaed, they probably have access to every DNC email for the last 10 years. I’m totally serious.

I have sometimes wondered why no one ever worked “Bitch bleat” into the vernacular. It’s been sitting there like a hanging curve for almost two years now.

“Self fornication to the max.”

Or, to be even more tasteful about it, “performing a physiological impossibility on oneself.”

Snort, snort. Servers? Those servers were long ago buried with Hoffa.

Exactly. If I’m involved in a car accident and I sue the other driver for permanent injuries, my case isn’t going to go anywhere if I refuse to submit to a medical exam to prove that I’m actually injured.

This game of Lucy and her football will never end. The Uni-Party has full control. PDJT is highly affective, but is no match for the corruption that is decades in the making. It is all noise....crickets are to follow....

"We will need all back ups."

Do you think the Pakistani Directorate of Inter-Services Intelligence would give their copies over to the deposition team?

Everything is being tried in the court of public opinion. Our judicial system is far to corrupt to deal with Hilary and the rest.

“Preserve the servers” means “get the Bleachbit ready” to this crowd of criminals.
