I love this Liberal Judge versus Conservative Judge nonsense.

The Constitution is neither Liberal or Conservative.

It is the Foundation of the Republic and every one of these Black Robed Tyrants Swears an Oath to uphold it.

If their “rulings” do not follow the Constitution as written, they should be Impeached and Removed from the Bench.

At least in a sane world, that is.

A future Dem president can always pass a law...

No, he can't. He* can only sign a bill passed by Congress into law.

*No, I ain't sayin he or she...political correctness is not my strong suit!

“The most liberal appeals court in America could soon be getting a Republican makeover if President Trump and Senate GOP leaders are able to fill seven open seats with conservative picks.”

“Standing in their way is a wall of Democrats hellbent on protecting the long-standing leftward lean of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.”

And McConnell is laying down in front of that wall of obstructionist leftists. Get a spine, Mitch.

“It would push the court much further to the right.”

To go “further to the right”, it would have to be somewhat to the right already. So what the hell is Chemerinsky talking about?

lol are you kidding?

FDR's era was completely different from what we have right now.

Every.Thing. passes on a party-line vote.

Thing I can guarantee you:

Under a next dem president (w/ D House and D senate)

1) legislative filibuster is GONE
2) In a strict party-line vote, they will pass something similar to “Merrick Garland Judicial Reform Act” that would dilute the judges and increase the SCOTUS seats
3) pack the courts using party-line vote.
