Well, just before the 12th this happened...
August 2 was when that idiot General Allen [the guy with the female Lebanese penpal who got Petreaus in trouble] wanrred about the danger of Trump being president, claims it would cause a civil-military crisis.
It’s also the day Bernie Sanders guy Shawn Lucas was found dead.
August 3 was when Iran executed the Iranian scientist that had earlier defected while in Saudi Arabia, the one the State Department brought here and then lost, and he turned up in the Pakistani embassy in DC [which Iran uses here in the absence of an Iranian embassy] . From the Paki embassy he was sent back to Iran, which threw a party for him before deciding August 3 to execute him for treason.
early August was when Cody Shearer was shopping around the “2nd dossier.” Cody Shearer is the brother of Derek Shearer, the former U Ambassador to Finland, and their late sister Brooke Shearer married Strobe Talbott.
