Former deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe is planning to sue the Trump administration for defamation and wrongful termination, according to multiple media reports on Friday.
McCabe's lawyer Michael Bromwich told reporters that McCabe is also considering filing other civil claims. He said the legal team hasn't yet figured out when they're going to file the lawsuits and is working on making them "solid."
"We'll file when we're ready," Bromwich said, according to Axios.

Hopefully, criminal charges will be filed against McCabe and these actions will just waste his money.

Suing somebody before you are about to get indicted is not a good idea.
Hasn’t “Andy” McCabe learned? In 2018 White Guys can’t claim victimization. He should listen to his oppressed leftist wife more.
It would not shock me that the President decides to appoint a second special prosecutor with only a focus on the FBI and the Justice Department, and push Sessions to the side. At that point, McCabe might start to worry about raids on his place and attorney-client privilege.
