Well as metmom and I discussed, it doesn’t matter who started it, Trump ended it.

And the President did so without loss of life to American or Coalition or Russian troops or civilians on the ground.

I’ve always been of the opinion that the destruction of Damascus brings about the “hooks in the jaws” of Gog. When you read Ezekiel 38, it almost appears that Russia is a hesitant participant in the invasion. Yet, they get turned around and march on.

Turkey right now is as anti-Israel as it’s been in a long time. Iran, Russia, and Turkey have that much in common - the hatred of Israel. Something is brewing and I don’t think it’s going to continue to simmer for too much longer without some major escalation soon.

In the past 5 years or so I have thought the best way to bring Russia to heel would be the threat of opening large LNG terminals on the East Coast.
