This is why the DOJ has dragged its foot for months when asked to release the documents. Sessions has aided and abetted this blatant obstruction of justice.

Sessions must be fired with Rosenstein. Then Rosenstein must be criminally indicted.

Of course. This is how for decades the Clintons remained out of jail.

Robert Peter Hannigan CMG (born 1965) is a senior British civil servant who previously served as the Director of the signals intelligence and cryptography agency the Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ).

He announced his resignation as Director on 23 January 2017.

There are no coincidences...👍

This government has lost any right to continue its existence. The conditions that prompted the original Declaration of Independence are all too evident today, namely:”imposing taxes without our consent”, “obstructed the Administration of justice”, “combined with others to subject us foreign to our Constitution” and “erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance”.

President Trump stands alone like Horatius at the bridge, awaiting our help.

A strategy that was originally outlined by James Comey’s friend back in October of 2016. SEE HERE.

It's true that Wittes and Comey are friends. And Wittes outlines his strategy for opposing Trump.

But he's talking about action by lawyers outside the government. He's assuming Trump runs the federal government, and the resistance comes from outside the government.

On the other hand, that those in government must have developed their own strategies to undermine the president.

Remember, one of the key benefits of the raid on Michael Cohen was to create the architecture underneath media narratives (stories) created out of loin cloth.

Loin cloth? LOL... Love it when artificial intelligence guesses wrong and substitutes the wrong word, loin, for whole.

Interesting take. Sundance's case here is that the stakes were high enough to justify the otherwise bizarre Cohen raids because they included a direct link to NSA database inquiries. There are two main sources of this hide-and-seek game going on here: first, and possibly about to be broken, the FISA warrants, including who was monitored, who requested them and with what justification, and who approved them; and the NSA searches on the same basis, especially including the ones allegedly conducted illegally by Fusion GPS representatives and "approved" of by the FBI. It is far less likely that the latter will see the light of day inasmuch as that information must necessarily include classified sourcing and capabilities.

But if the Cohen mis-identification appears there and appears identically elsewhere, that sourcing is going to be impossible to deny, and the case moves directly to the FBI being the conduit of transfer of highly classified NSA data to civilian political operators, which has been rumored all along but extremely difficult to prove given the protected nature of the evidence and the likelihood that the keepers entrusted with it are actively covering for one another.

Congressional oversight turns out to be the court of last resort here, and the danger is that a Democrat majority in the House will enable this matter to be safely tucked back into the box, never to see the light of day. No wonder they're all working so hard on the mid-terms.
