He thinks this dangerous precedent would be equally used against Democrats.
He is deluded.
The the ACLU has lost what little credibility it once had. All done. Might as well close up shop and go back home to their leftist huts.

He has been having quite a few as of late. He is a classic liberal, not to be confused with leftists that have been inappropriately mislabeled as liberals. They are nothing alike in reality, even though far too many true classical liberals side with leftists because they are too stupid, or perhaps the correct word is, accept, how different they really are from leftists.
The ACLU has always put their collectivist agenda ahead of any genuine regard for civil liberties. They remain one of the most misnamed organizations in the country.
The ACLU is “progressive” (communist) now.
