Executive order is irrelevant for this. You’ll see in approximately 1 month a different site will be just as popular and out of reach of US authorities. Prostitution is legal in many countries.

An American site could have been forced to cooperate with authorities for cases of trafficking and murder. And report obvious cases of abuse.

This just moved everything overseas and completely out of reach.
