Alan Dershowitz and Joe diGenova appeared tonight on Sean Hannity to discuss the ramifications to the political FBI raid on Michael Cohen’s office and residence along with the ongoing Special Counsel Robert Mueller investigation. Additionally, they discussed fired FBI Director James Comey and current Asst. Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

All agreed that sessions was guilty of misconduct for not telling Trump that he intended to recuse himself. Thus Trump ended up with a part time attorney general which he would never have agreed to.

DiGenova would rip Rosenstein out of the FBI, to be fired permanently, but not before he would take Sessions by the throat and make him fire Rosenstein, which he declares is his J O B. DiGenova would happily see Sessions impeached, imho, believing loud and clear that Mueller instigated a completely UN-constitutional search against the president’s attorney.
Dershowitz, a peaceful sort, would opt to leave Rosenstein in place, but would get him recused from any connection to the Mueller witch hunt. He deftly did not name Sessions, but implied that he (Dershowitz himself) would go before a judge and list the reasons Rosenstein is compromised and should be recused.
Dershowitz sounded like Trump could be charged given the licence that a Special Counsel possesses.
What will Sessions do when Mueller comes back with a plate full of recommendations for charges, based on stolen material from Cohen’s residences?
It almost looks like a determined *pay back* for the Clinton impeachment.
So far ‘everyone’ hasn’t done much but “discuss”.....they might make certain news worthy plays but it goes no further than this.......because they’re all looking at the political fallout of their own interests if they actually DO something.

According to DiGenova, it takes Jeff Sessions. Joe insists it should be done tomorrow morning (which Joe has been saying for days and days).

This is the first time I’ve heard DiGenova take Goober Magoo to the woodshed. He said his recusal was a disgrace. It’s about time. Like Levin, I think he was friends with Sessions.
Notable that even Sundance, in his last two articles, has gone mute on defending Lonesome George, er,... I mean “Jeff Sessions”. He lets video stand alone, instead.
DiGenova is/was a looong time US Attorney at the Justice Department.
Dershowitz was not.
To my knowledge, anyway at no time was Alan a US Attorney, but I stand corrected if he is found to be more than a Libertarian/Democrat ACLU lawyer and reknown professor.

He should have already been fired for signing one of the phony FISA warrants. Comey, Salley Yates and McCabe all signed those phony FISA warrants, and they're all gone. It's time for Rosenstein to be gone too.

The AG’s silence on all of this has been positively deafening. Has anyone seen him recently? Is he even still in DC? Okay I remember he was supposed to be addressing a law enforcement group somewhere (New Mexico?) where a massive protest by the left against his speech was planned.
