Looking to buy a home in Sacramento, Calif.? Well, if you support President Donald Trump, at least one homeowner reportedly says she doesn't want to sell her home to you.
The homeowner made the condition clear to her Realtor, Elizabeth Weintraub, according to Sacramento's KOVR-TV. Weintraub relayed the woman’s request to the station, noting it could be difficult to screen potential buyers based on politics.
"We can ask somebody how they voted, but they don't have to tell us," she said.

Discrimination based on one’s political views is “an unlawful contractual term that infringes the freedom of association and First Amendment rights,” he said.
“People have a right to believe what they want to believe,” Sawyer added, “and they shouldn’t be restricted from purchasing property based on that.”

I refused to sell to a lawyer. Never stated that but rejected some offers. Why deal with someone who can sue you for free.
There are laws about that sort of thing, but they don’t apply to Lefties evidently.

I think that she could, and should, be charged with discrimination if she follows through with that promise.
Then,when the seller says that she won't accept an offer that person has a discrimination suit against the seller *and* the agent.

Well, well, well. Though I may support the homeowner's property rights to sell to whom she pleases, I suspect that instructing her realtor to make such a determination is illegal. Would the dingbat homeowner be allowed to get away with similar instructions to her realtor regarding homosexuals, blacks, illegal aliens, pedophiles, etc.?
Liberals are all about illegal discrimination enforced by the state. My unsolicited advice to the realtor; "Don't be this homeowner's realtor!"

I was house hunting and my realtor called me to let me know a cute place had gone on the market. I did a ride by and there was a Bernie Sanders for President sign in the yard next door.
