I first saw it on a video by Stephan Molyneaux and I believe he was quoting Reich’s work. I’m at work so I can’t check from here but Molyneaux has done a number of videos on the subject. His main point is that IQ plays a much bigger role in achievement and criminality than does racism.
Jews have not won “most” Nobel Prizes. They have won 22%. White Europeans/Americans have won the majority of the rest.
A better question is why have Asians not performed better in these things despite their supposedly higher overall IQ?

OK, I stand corrected, but given their small population as compared to say, China or India, the are OVER-REPRESENTED in the Nobel Prize. BTW, This also is true in the other science and mathematics prizes.
Katie Hopkins has done a documentary on the plight of whites in SA. It's chilling. I haven't seen it but I saw her being interviewed by Stephan Molyneaux about it.
As she describes the situation there are now tens of thousands of whites living in shacks in garbage dumps picking through the trash for supplies. They've been thrown off their land and out of their homes, which have been appropriated by blacks. They've been fired from their jobs for being white and can not get hired for anything and no western country is willing to take them. Australia determined that it won't let them in because doing so would be racist since they're all white...when they find themselves in the desperate position they are in now precisely because they are white.

I figured you misstated that. I just didn’t want anyone to be incorrectly informed. There is NO doubt at all that they are vastly overstated in these things. The real question is why. I’m not sure I believe the IQ numbers for anyone. If African IQ is about 70 or 80, retardation level, why are they able to learn to drive motor vehicles as they do even in sub-Saharan Africa? Why are they able to build cities at all? Why are they able to build highways? How are they able to attend universities at all? I’m undecided on my feelings about IQ scores.
And precisely what public policy do you want to be enacted based on this?

More like "what public policy should be repealed", namely the legal presumption that any disparity in hiring, promotion, arrest, graduation, college acceptance, etc, which negatively affects blacks is due to racism, and must be remediated.
In other words, the federal government should get OUT of the business of regulating how businesses should hire and promote.
It should also be invalid for the feds to declare a police dept is racist, because of statistical disparities.
