There were also reporte the caravan would cross into the U.S. from Baja California.

Buzzfeed reporter Adolfo Flores as well as independent reporter Maya Averbuch both reported Monday night that the Mexican government was intervening to stop the caravan.

An hour later Flores reported a spokeswoman for the caravan said the caravan would continue.

“Gina Garibo, an organizer with Pueblos Sin Fronteras, said the caravan was not over. They will continue to travel towards the US with asylum seekers. “We will continue,” Garibo said. “We have to follow through with our promise.”

At the end of the day these people have the right to ask for asylum,” Garibo said.

By virtue of stepping aside at the southern Mexico border, Mexico has already granted asylum to the group.

The USA may not see the justification for asylum because people want free stuff because they are not getting free stuff in the home countries.

Maybe the world should take a look at the failures of their homelands to provide jobs and educational opportunities. What is wrong with those countries?

Why are our mainstream media outlets not reporting on the lack economic opportunities in the home countries of the migrants? The problems uncovered can be fixed by democracy and free enterprise.

Looks like they’re planning a little Palestinian Israeli thing and of course it would be in southern Cali. Wish they would try this at Laredo Texas, the results would be quite different.

The timing is suspicious.

We used to have the capability for covert operations, not so much anymore if they favor the US, but I wonder what one of the cartels would charge to end this caravan?

If you exchanged their present populations with a like # of Japanese, Swiss, etc. the countries would be flourishing in a decade.

Presidential tweet this morning.

Donald J. Trump Verified account @realDonaldTrump
5 minutes ago

The big Caravan of People from Honduras, now coming across Mexico and heading to our “Weak Laws” Border, had better be stopped before it gets there. Cash cow NAFTA is in play, as is foreign aid to Honduras and the countries that allow this to happen. Congress MUST ACT NOW!

Trump’s jumping ugly on CNN this morning, too!

It’s a hoot!

Trump’s Twitter stats are toting up faster than a gas station pump.

This is a test for President Trump, and one he has to pass. Put troops on the border to stop them. If they get in the US, rogue judges will let them stay. And President Trump will own the invasion of the US.

A boomerang effect. This calls massive attention to the crying need for a change in Congress and border security. To all those who say that Trump ought to more action than he has, you’re being totally unreasonable.

Yes, but whose National Guard? The National Guard under Moonbeam, will probably be there to escort the invaders into California. It might take regular Army and Marine units, to do the job.
