Some 250 protesters marched through Sacramento late Friday night and converged onto a restaurant which welcomed them just hours after an autopsy revealed that Stephon Clark was shot by police six times in the back.
The protesters gathered at City Hall and chanted for about half an hour before beginning a march through the streets of the California state capital.

Whatever happened to that “thing” a while back where black a-holes would walk into restaurants and stand around tables staring at white patrons with hostile expressions and armed crossed over some perceived grievance?
Police should have been called. Inciting hostile action or at least being a public nuisance, or loitering.
There are too many people, including some on FR, who love to second guess what cops do in such situations. It was dark, the dope disobeyed repeated commands, and had an object in his hand. How many who criticize cops would just stand there waiting to figure out what the guy was holding and what he intended to do with it? Apparently they are happier if it is a cop who ends up dead. No riots then, eh?
Let’s face it, the guy was on probation for robbery, ran and hid in the dark, was 22 arrested multiple times already, and God only knows what he did as a juvenile. He was on his way to being a lifetime criminal.
My speculation is that their shakedown operations worked and they were paid their protection money.

These same people would probably be glad to see the 2nd Amendment go away so only criminals and untrustworthy popo would be armed.
